Displaying Housekeeping Staff Names

Stay is enhanced to allow users to customize the housekeeping staff names to be displayed. Previously, both the first name and the last name of the housekeeping staff were displayed. Now, users can choose to display the first letter of the last name in the housekeeping print and in the following legacy reports:

  • Housekeeping Checkoff report

  • Housekeeping Supervisor report

  • Maintenance Service Requests report

To support this enhancement, a new check box, Display last name as initials in prints and reports, is added to the Housekeeping staff setup screen (Housekeeping ➜ Setup ➜ Staff) and Maintenance staff setup screen (Maintenance ➜ Setup ➜ Staff). When enabled, only the first letter of a staff’s last name will be displayed.
